- District Court minutes start from 1840 forward on multiple reels, indexed;
- Deeds are complete from 1839, on 21 microfilm reels, indexed by both Grantor and Grantee;
- Probate records from 1838 forward on 20 reels;
- Annual tax rolls also exist from 1840 forward but with the proviso "Do not circulate to Family History Centers" (the bastards);
- Marriage and Death Notices from the Texas Republican (Marshall, Texas) 1849-1869;
