John Edwards
John Edwards was born 10 Jun 1953 to Wallace Reid Edwards and Catharine Juanita "Bobbie" Wade in Seneca, Oconee County, South Carolina. The family moved several times but eventually settled in Robbins, North Carolina.
He ran on the Democratic ticket for the US Presidential Election of 2008. His Democratic challengers were: Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Christopher Dodd, Dennis Kucinich, Barack Obama, Bill Richardson, and Mike Gravel.
A video posted on YouTube showed Edwards evidently acting vain with his hair, and Rush Limbaugh has since been referring to him as "The Breck Girl". In mid-2008 there were rumors around Edwards having a mistress and a "love child". He was "chased" into a hotel lobby and security escorted the reporters out of the hotel. On 8 Aug 2008, CNN reported that Edwards admitted to having an extra-martial affair in 2006.
