Walt Disney was responsible through his company Walt Disney Studios for the creation of many famous feature-length animated movies, the first one being [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a5oCdSS8qdA Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs] in 1938. The next ones were [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rs8xAIqY5kY Pinocchio] and [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gZbMOq_Ge8 Fantasia] in 1940, [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2AyafzcvLU Dumbo] in 1941 and [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fL5MmIpaYIo Bambi] in 1942.<br>

After several live and animated shorts that few people remember today, the next major animated film was [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJJy_zDIcaA Cinderella] in 1950. This was followed by [[Alice in Wonderland]] in 1951 and [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebV1CeEZQ-Y Peter Pan] in 1953. The next films were [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAmJgjmAs_Y Lady and the Tramp] in 1955, Sleeping Beauty in 1959, [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CSoJVt7FGQ 101 Dalmatians] in 1961 and the Sword in the Stone in 1963. Then came [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2m10RJud5IE The Jungle Book] which was released in 1967 after Walt had died at the end of the preceding year.<br>

Next The Aristocats in 1970, Robin Hood in 1973, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh in 1977, followed quickly by The Rescuers also in 1977. Then came [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGE2v95olFI The Fox and the Hound] in 1981 and The Black Cauldron in 1985, The Great Mouse Detective in 1986 and Oliver & Company in 1988<br>

This was followed by the more lackluster The Rescuers Down Under in 1990, but then the major hit [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTm8RjqoC90 Beauty and the Beast] in 1991, and another major hit [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuhG-m4MC8k Aladdin] the following year in 1992.<br>
