<p></p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>''Albany Enterprise'', July 25, 1957<br /> <br /> Aloys H. Wester, 80, resident of Albany for 57 years, died at the St. Cloud Hospital, Monday night, July 22nd.<br /> <br /> Mr. Wester, a prominent businessman, owned and operated the Albany Creamery from 1900 until 1916 and the Telephone Exchange until his retirement in 1946.<br /> <br /> He was a charter member of the Father Pierz Council of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the St. Joseph Society.<br /> <br /> Mr. Wester and his wife, the former Teresa Tholl of Lake Church, Wisconsin, celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in January 1954.<br /> <br /> Mr. Wester is survived by his wife and five daughters and two sons: Eugene N., Wilmette, Ill.; Mrs. R.M. Carlson (Frances), Glencoe, Ill.; Edwin J., Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. J. McNichol (Alice) and Mrs. T. Doran (Lorraine) both of Burbank, Calif.; Mrs. V. Ahles (Angeline) of St. Cloud and Mrs. A. Brinkman (Rita) of Avon, Minn. A daughter, Avaline, died in 1912.</div>
