Thomas A. had 4 sons:  John, William, James and Thomas B.  Azariah D. Fletcher in the 1840 census was born about 1812 and may be the grandson of Thomas A.  There was another Azariah D. Fletcher who was born about 1850 and is TN, and said to be the great great grandfather of Senator John McCain.

Many of the Kyles Ford TN Fletchers left the area about the time of the Civil War and some went to Clay Co. Kentucky.  In KY, the 1850 Azariah D. Fletcher appears and marries a woman from Laurel co. KY which is ajacent to Clay Co.
