Fannie Brice of course was the real-life "Funny Lady" that Barbara Streisand's movie biographed.

Due to a childhood illness, Helen Keller became blind and deaf, and thus never learned to talk. Annie Sullivan aims to change that and nothing will stop her. Inspirational.

The Haunted World of Edward D Wood Jr (2009) biography added 28 Aug 09
Skip the first 1:20 which is just a bad overture. We first see C.J. Thomas today mentioning how he met and partnered with Ed Wood. The first film clip features Bela Legosi, this is possibly from "Plan Nine from Outer Space" (the worst film ever released), but I'm not sure. Then we see Maila Nurmi "Vampira" in shadows merely saying "Edward D Wood Jr". Next we see a clip from "Glen or Glenda" showing Ed in drag while his girlfriend Dolores Fuller freaks out. Then we see Dolores today talking about Wood. And so on. Possibly the ultimate documentary-biography and last word on Ed Wood.
