These links go to the View Play List page of a few movie YouTube playlists I've created.
I know of no other way to get this display other than manually building the URL.
If you merely go to the Playlists button you get a totally different view.
The main difference from my point-of-view, is that the view I've build here will show you the number of views the playlist itself received, instead of just the number of views each underlying video received. The reason that makes a difference, is when you build playlists of someone else's uploaded videos. You don't care how many views they got, only how many you got.

The corresponding URL for the normal "Playlist" page, from the MyPlaylists menu for that same playlist is:

Take a look at each of these pages that come up, you can see that they are completely different. Weird huh? If anyone can tell me a direct way to get to the "View Play List", without building the URL by hand -- what is it?
