The "Aspidora Segariana" is the hand-written sheets of grants, confirmations, etc by Sir William Segar, Knt, Garter King at Arms during the time of James I and Charles I.  A copy collated by Simon Segar, his great-grandson, was deposited or received, at the British Museum as item or manuscript 12225.  In this item are two listings of arms for the Blaker family, I'm not certain from the wording if these or grants or confirmations.  The eldest one is to William Blaker son of William, of the City of Salisbury, Wiltshire in 1613.  The younger one is to Edward Blaker of Portslade, son of Edward in 1616.  So "Aspidora Segariana" and "Add. Manuscript 12225" refer to the exact same item.

The Harleian MS 1443 is a work by John Withie which has the Wiltshire Visitation of 1623 grafted onto that of 1565, with some additions.  It includes the family of Blacker of Salisbury
